Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the MVP collects, why it is collected, and how it is used to monitor review display health.

What We Collect

Review Health Check collects the information needed to run review display audits: account email addresses, saved store URLs, alert email addresses, product URLs, audit results, technical signals, console or network error summaries, timestamps, and screenshot evidence captured during checks.

How We Use It

We use this information to provide Quick Scan, saved store monitoring, private audit history, screenshot evidence, passwordless sign-in, and email alerts when a saved check regresses.

Screenshots

Screenshots may include visible content from the checked storefront page. They are retained selectively as audit evidence, such as first baselines, warnings, regressions, critical failures, and recoveries. Production screenshots are stored in S3-compatible object storage.

Email

Passwordless login links and alert emails are sent through an email provider. We use email addresses only for authentication, account communication, and review health notifications.

Third-Party Services

The service may use infrastructure and delivery providers such as Render, Cloudflare R2, Resend, and PostgreSQL hosting. Public Shopify storefront pages are accessed only to perform requested audits.

Your Choices

You can remove a saved store from My Stores. Removing a store deletes its saved monitoring setup and associated local evidence cleanup is attempted. For account or data requests, contact support using the Contact page.

Important Note

This MVP policy is a practical product draft and is not a substitute for legal review before a larger public launch.
